These rules are clarifications and do not replace the terms of the contract.

  • If the user has given permission, Steam will redirect them back to our site, including the authorization code in the URL.
  • Based on the received data about the user, a personal account will be automatically created on our website.

  • Before making a purchase, the User must top up the internal balance of his wallet. On our website you can top up your internal wallet balance using Visa and Master Card bank cards. For this purpose, the User will be redirected to the payment system server, where he must enter the necessary data. If there are any problems with a transaction, our support team is ready to help.
  • After accessing the trade link, which the user must enter in the Dashboard section in the designated space, our site will show the user the transaction details, including the selected skin, its price and other details. The user must confirm the transaction by clicking on the "Buy" button".
  • After successful payment, our site will generate a request to the Steam API using the user's trading link. An exchange offer will be automatically generated for the User on Steam.
  • The user must confirm this offer within 1 hour for the product to be successfully transferred to his inventory. Otherwise, the trade/exchange offer on Steam is automatically canceled and the user will be refunded the funds to his balance in the system of our website.
  • After confirming the exchange on Steam, our site will display the purchase confirmation to the user, and also provide the details of the skin, such as its name, image and other information.
    
    
• Fast delivery. After confirming the purchase, we guarantee instant transfer of the skin to the User’s game account, provided that the User attaches his Steam trading link in a special window in the User’s personal account.
• Responsibility. We make every effort to ensure the safety and reliability of our service, but are not responsible for issues related to external gaming platforms or network failures.
• Price policy. Prices for skins may vary depending on the market situation and the popularity of a particular product. However, the price at checkout is guaranteed to remain unchanged.
• Returns Policy. Since the Site contains intangible goods and services, the Site does not provide refunds after placing an order and receiving the Product(s) “as is” by the User. The User agrees to this condition before placing an order and paying for it. Refunds are possible only if the User has not received the Product or the Product received does not correspond to the information provided on the Site. In this case, the security payment is returned to the User's account from which the payment was made.
• Return processing speed. If the return is approved, we strive to return the funds to the User as quickly as possible. Typically the process takes no more than 5 (five) business days from the date of approval.
